Geré Cole is an accomplished attorney whose career reflects both intellectual rigor and a steadfast commitment to service. A proud Spelman College alumna, Geré graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics—honing the analytical precision that continues to define her legal practice today. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, along with a Certificate in International Law, further broadening her global legal perspective.
Geré began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County, where she quickly advanced from handling misdemeanors to prosecuting major felony cases. Her ability to manage a high volume of serious cases, while maintaining fairness, professionalism, and integrity, established her reputation as both a skilled advocate and a respected member of the legal community.
Today, as a co-founder of Carr & Cole PLLC, Geré brings over 15 years of experience to her work in estate planning, probate, guardianship and business formation. Her approach combines meticulous attention to detail with a client-centered philosophy—ensuring individuals, families, and business owners receive comprehensive legal solutions that align with their goals and protect their legacies.
